At Skril Studio, all product pages are written carefully to describe what each asset does.
Before making a purchase, please read the descriptions, technical details, and compatibility information provided on the store page.

Where Skril Studio products are sold
Each marketplace has its own Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (EULA).
Refund requests are processed according to the rules of the respective store platform, and by purchasing, you agree to their terms.
Refund conditions
Because Skril Studio assets are digital products, they cannot be “returned” once downloaded.
Refunds are generally not possible unless specific conditions are met.
A refund may be granted if:
- The asset has not been downloaded (verified through order/invoice number).
- The purchase was accidental, or made under the wrong account (and not yet downloaded).
- The asset was removed from the store within 4 weeks of purchase.
- The asset fails to function as described, and the issue cannot be resolved through an update or support.
Refunds will not be granted if:
- More than 14 days have passed since the purchase date.
- The description, documentation, or compatibility notes were ignored or misunderstood.
- The asset is claimed to be “no longer used.”
- The product went on sale shortly after a full-price purchase.
Requesting a refund
If you believe your case qualifies for a refund, you can submit your request directly through the store’s official refund process.
Note
All refund requests are evaluated in line with the policies of each respective marketplace.
Skril Studio cannot override or process refunds directly — they must be handled through the store where the purchase was made.
